She knew of the situation prior and made sure she text and found out about H and his needs and interests. As parents who NEVER leave our children with a nanny we were in an uncomfortable situation having to go to a business function away from home, thus requiring a unknown carer for our children. J__ was perfect. Professional, fun, responsible she made us feel completely comfortable leaving our kids in her care. J__ babysat on two nights. My four year old made some craft with her, coloured in and read a book.The baby stirred during the night so J__ settled her and the kids were both sleeping soundly when we came home. We wish this ‘Mary Poppins’ would live in Sydney. Thankyou so much for sending an absolute treasure to take care of our girls.

My name is Jessica S__. Myself and my husband, Damon, utilised your babysitting service whilst in Noosa from 19/1/08 – 9/2/08. I just wanted to let you know that we were extremely happy with the service provided by your nanny, M__. I was a bit sceptical about whether it would be a success as my 4 year old can be very fussy, and a bit clingy sometimes when we go out, even if we leave him with his beloved grandparents. However, M__ came in and immediately connected with my son, and he was happy to be left with her and in fact could not wait for us to leave so they could play. It gave us enormous peace of mind knowing that he was happy, and safe in the care of someone as lovely and competent as M__. Please pass on our thanks to her and let her know we will definitely be in touch again when we come back to Noosa.

I am writing to thank you and your agency for choosing A__ to look after my girls, Chloe and Giaana at my brother’s wedding on 11 July 2009. My girls are somewhat shy with new people, however in saying that, my girls bonded straight away with A__. We found that A__ was very focused and attentive to my children. As you know, we needed someone to care for the girls at the wedding ceremony and reception. The Groom, Best Man, Groomsman and Groom’s family and friends got ready in our room. A__ was very respectful of our family and was mindful that my girls played a big part in the celebration also. My girls had never been settled in bed by anyone but their Grandmother, Dad or myself. My girls responded extremely well to A__ and settled for her. Amazing!!! My husband and I felt A___ went way above our expectations. A__ was quietly spoken and with her helpful hand, my husband and I were able to enjoy my brother’s wedding without the worry of “are our children okay”. We thank you for listening to our request. A__ was perfect. Would you please pass onto A__ our very, very grateful thank you for all her help. She did an “amazing” job. My girls are still talking about her.

Thank you for making our evening out in Noosa even that bit more enjoyable – knowing our kids were happy, secure, (and asleep) gave us a great sense of contentment. The text message to announce they both were alseep was very well received!

This was the first time my children have ever been cared for by a non family member during the evening\. I was very apprehensive about leaving them but upon speaking with G__ she assured more all her Nannies are more than capable and qualified and especially enjoy caring for children. W__, our Nanny rang me Saturday afternoon to introduce herself and again my mind was put at further ease when she asked how old my children were and that she would bring a bag of toys which usually helps ‘break the ice’. N__ my ‘nearly 4 boy’ as he describes himself as he was turning 4 on this trip was very happy to meet W__ and see what was in her bag of tricks. This obviously did the trick with my daughter A__ seeing her brother playing with W__ because she too was then wanting to see what W__ had in her bag of tricks. W__ really made the children feel at ease by getting down on the floor and playing with them and she was more than happy for me to stay as long as I wanted. After about 15 minutes of W__ arriving, the children were so happy I kissed both goodnight and told N__ I would see him in the morning. His reply ‘Night Mum. I going to watch Bolt the superhero dog with W__.’ This all sounded too good to be true but the night got better when W__ then texted me around 8.30pm that both children were sleeping soundly! A very big thank you to Nannies of Noosa and in particular our Nanny W__. You have enriched my whole experience!!

What great service!  We had never left Gloria (8 years old) with anyone we didn’t know, and were quite nervous initially. This nervousness quickly disappeared after meeting Lauren who arrived early, with a big bag of games and instantly built a strong rapport with Gloria (so much so that her mother received an SMS from Gloria, asking if we could “stay out longer”  as Lauren and her were having so much fun) – which made it possible for us to have a great night out – stress free – thanks Lauren! Great service.
