Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change.

All bookings incur a minimum $34.50 Booking Fee per day per nanny booked.

Booking Fees are non-refundable OR transferable to another date

Book ten (10) dates and get one (1) free.

The hourly rate is to be paid directly to your Nannie on the day.  A three (3) hour minimum applies to all bookings. After the minimum charge of three (3) hours, time is charged in half-hour increments.

The legal ratio for childcare is one (1) nanny per four (4) children, depending on ages.

Cancellation Fees:

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR’S EVE

Within 48 hours of booking start time = 3 hours minimum charge quoted at time of confirmation

NORMAL BOOKING DATES & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Within 6-3 business hours of booking start time = $50

Within 3-0 business hours of booking start time = 3 hours minimum charge quoted at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Fees are to be paid directly to your allocated nanny.  If not, then we will charge them to the card used to pay your Booking Fee.
