To whom it may concern,

I had the honor of having K__ babysit for me while I went to a work function with my husband. When I came back to the room it was spotless not only had K__ looked after my children but she had also tidy up and did some washing and in my eyes this was such a pleasure. My youngest was asleep and my boy was watching a movie and instead of doing nothing K__ helped me out.

I believe you should give her a medal as it was so nice and way above what she was asked to do.

As I left the resort I also made a point of telling the general manager what a treat I had so if anyone needs any baby sitting help they know where to go.

I also just wanted to let you know what a lovely lady you have on your staff.
